This is our flagship recipe, and it shines with the clean and classic flavors of pure maple syrup and earthy cinnamon. This top seller is a hit with kids, picky palates, granola haters and connoisseurs, alike! Since this recipe includes minimal spices, it appeals to those who prefer a sweeter tasting granola.

  • Pumpkin seeds are rich in minerals like magnesium and zinc which are crucial for blood sugar regulation, bone health and sleep quality.
  • Sunflower seeds are rich in vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant and inflammation reducer, as well as various B vitamins and minerals.
  • Almonds are prebiotic and rich in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats which help reduce LDL cholesterol and support healthy blood pressure.
  • Coconut is a good source of fiber, has antimicrobial properties and antioxidants which help protect from free radicals and oxidative stress.
  • Oats are a source of soluble fiber that supports heart health and steady energy release. We only use gluten free and organic oats.
  • Dark, robust maple syrup is harvested at the end of the sugaring season, so it has a deeper color and stronger maple flavor.
  • High oleic sunflower oil comes from sunflowers that have a high content of oleic, rather than linoleic, fatty acid. Omega-9s may help reduce inflammation, support brain health, and promote balanced cholesterol levels. Sunflower oil is also very high in vitamin E and the oil we source is also organic, virgin and cold pressed. No cheap, inflammatory seed oils here.
  • Cinnamon provides antioxidants and is thought to support healthy blood sugar balance. We use the Saigon variety which has a bolder cinnamon flavor.

INGREDIENTS: Nut & seed blend (pumpkin seeds, almonds, organic sunflower seeds), pure maple syrup, organic gluten free oats, virgin organic high oleic sunflower oil, organic coconut, kosher salt, cinnamon.
