Thank you for choosing Grounded Granola! We hope you love our products as much as we love making them.

Because our granola is a perishable food item, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. This ensures the safety and integrity of our products.

However, we stand behind the quality of our granola. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly work with you to make it right — including a replacement or store credit, as appropriate.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Products affected by shipping delays outside our control

  • Taste preference or subjective dislike
